wHAT IS mASS eXODUS?
Mass Exodus is first and foremost an art project, created by myself, Travis Hatley. It is a vessel to explore many different artistic disciplines including traditional illustration, oil painting, printmaking, 3D modeling & rendering, and animation in a free and open setting. Everything is from my hands and thoughts.
What is the refund policy?
All clothing items are non refundable due to the extremely limited quantities and time spent on designing, making, and shipping the garments. However, if you are looking to exchange a size, color, or design for something else, I am happy to exchange items and cover the return shipping within 14 days of a customer receiving a garment.
Artwork, Prints, Figures, and STL files are non-refundable.
Everything is made by one person?
Everything exhibited and sold through the Mass Exodus moniker is designed, printed, and made by me, Travis Hatley. The only things I do not have a hand in making are the blank garments that I use to screen print my merch on, or the back-end coding on my website.
Does Mass exodus take on commissioned work?
Usually no. However, if you have something you would like me to work on with you, please reach out to me with your project outline. I will always look at everything, and sometimes I will enthusiastically work on projects related to my interests.
If you are working on a book, tabletop/video game, or music related project (band merch/album art/marketing material), these are the projects I enjoy working on.
I do not do wholesale design work for other clothing brands. Even collaboration is more considered.
Why is my order taking so long to ship?
I print all my merch by hand on a manual printing press, and order all the garments as they are ordered by my customers. I do my best to have all my orders fulfilled within a two week grace period, however, sometimes it can get a bit out of hand. I am currently working to scale my operation in a way that stays true to the vision. If you have an order that is late, please do not hesitate to reach out via Email or IG DM’s to talk to me. I am happy to help and am very generous to my supporters!
